Für viele ist Final Fantasy X der beste Ableger der beliebten Rollenspiel-Serie in der "PlayStation 2"-Ära. Nun sprach erstmals Square Enix Producer Yoshinori Kitase über eine bis dato als Remake angesehene Version für die PlayStation 3 und die PlayStation Vita. Diese soll nicht gänzlich wie das Original werden, sondern "nur" nahe an den Begriff Remake herankommen.
